Agentic AI
Agents with a written job: what they may read, which tools they may call, and the moment a person takes over. Judged on real cases, then kept in production.
How an engagement runs →About
CloudtriX (PVT) Ltd is an information-technology company in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We consult, design, build, and support software for organizations that need a system of their own. Agentic AI is the center of that practice.
Company profile
CloudtriX is a private limited company. Clients engage us for a defined project, a dedicated developer, or a small squad that joins an existing product team. The engagement can sit entirely with us, or our engineers can work inside a client’s backlog, repository, and standups.
The practice covers consultation, business analysis, interface design, engineering, quality assurance, and support after release. The technical range is cloud, artificial intelligence and machine learning, microservices, mobility, and the Internet of Things. Those disciplines are how an agent reaches a real operation: the record, the API, the screen a person uses, and the event that should start work.
Engineers from Colombo have been embedded with product teams outside Sri Lanka, on the same habits we use at home: short iterations, tests, and integration through the life of the work. Colombo shares the afternoon with Europe and the working day with much of Asia and the Middle East. Shared hours are agreed before a sprint starts.
Cashterm, our lending platform, is the clearest product of that habit. It holds loan records, schedules, collections, and staff roles in one system. The agentic practice grows from the same place: learn the desk, then let software take a defined step.

IT consulting, software engineering, and agentic AI
Defined projects, dedicated developers, and dedicated squads
Scrum, test-driven development, and continuous integration
Six lines of work. An engagement usually starts in one of them and draws on the others when the system requires it.
Agents with a written job: what they may read, which tools they may call, and the moment a person takes over. Judged on real cases, then kept in production.
How an engagement runs →Identity, permission, escalation, and audit are part of the build. An action that carries risk, money, or a customer stays with staff.
See the controls →Records, inboxes, internal APIs, and cloud services the business already runs. The agent writes back only what its role allows.
Integration →Custom platforms shaped around the way an organization operates. Analysis, design, engineering, and QA on one team, from brief to release.
Product engineering →iOS and Android products, including the screen where a person approves what an agent prepared. Device events that open a job, check a rule, and notify the right role.
Mobile and connected systems →Named engineers in Colombo, inside the client’s team. One developer, a squad, or a bounded project. The client keeps direction and production.
How staffing works →The same three standards apply to an application, a mobile product, and an agent. Clients should be able to see them in the first weeks.
Design, engineering, and the people shaping the agent sit on the same work. Analysis and interface design are part of delivery, and handoffs are the exception.
Scrum, test-driven development, and continuous integration. Iterations are short, so a release is the next increment of work you have already seen.
Every agent has a role: the facts it may use, the changes it may make, and the cases it must return to a person. New authority is a decision, agreed before it is used.
To be the most diversified and specialized IT company in Sri Lanka.
VisionDeliver distinguished software through steady attention to the technology that matters now. Help organizations take on more than they could alone, and keep an outsourced partnership working after the first release. We exist so the organizations we serve can fulfill their own missions.
Who we serve
We work with companies of different sizes. The useful pattern is a repeatable operation, a system the work already lives in, and a decision that should sometimes stay with a person.
That shows up in lending and collections, shared inboxes and approvals, software companies adding an agent to a product they already ship, mobile workforces, and sites where a device event should start a job. A team that needs capacity, and wants that capacity to include the agent, is the same practice.
Industry labels are a way to talk. The engagement itself is a workflow. If the work does not match a sector we have named, we still start from the process you can point at.
Roadmap
Four stages. The first two describe the company as it operates today. The next two are the direction we are staffing and building toward. Each later stage starts only when the one before it holds in production.
Custom platforms, cloud services, iOS and Android, and connected devices. Cashterm is in this layer. So are the offshore engineers already working inside client teams.
The center of the company. Each agent has a job, a permission boundary, and a record of what it did. It uses the client’s systems. People keep the decisions that carry risk.
Agent architecture, client leadership for the AI work, and the data an agent is allowed to trust. A second and third workflow in lending, operations, product companies, field teams, and connected sites — each one narrow enough to run.
Shared controls, evaluation, and operating habits so the next agent does not start from a blank page. Wider coverage follows a workflow that already holds. The agent stays on software we can still design, build, and support.
